Son objectif principal \u00e9tait d&#8217;accro\u00eetre la cyber-r\u00e9silience des \u00c9tats membres de l&#8217;UE en identifiant les op\u00e9rateurs de services essentiels dans l&#8217;Union et en ex\u00e9cutant les mesures de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, la d\u00e9claration des incidents \u00e9tant une exigence centrale.<\/p><p><strong>Pourquoi Le NIS A \u00c9t\u00e9 R\u00e9vis\u00e9<\/strong><\/p><p>Cependant, peu de temps apr\u00e8s sa cr\u00e9ation, il est devenu clair que la mise en \u0153uvre de la directive variait consid\u00e9rablement d&#8217;un \u00c9tat membre \u00e0 l&#8217;autre. Cette mise en \u0153uvre incoh\u00e9rente a conduit \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me fragment\u00e9 o\u00f9 certaines entreprises et organisations \u00e9taient consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme essentielles dans certains pays, mais pas dans d&#8217;autres.<\/p><p>Pour corriger cela, la Commission europ\u00e9enne a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9viser la directive NIS afin de d\u00e9finir clairement les organisations couvertes et leurs exigences sp\u00e9cifiques, un plan qui s&#8217;est concr\u00e9tis\u00e9 en 2021 sous la forme de la directive sur les r\u00e9seaux et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#8217;information (NIS2).<\/p><p><strong>NIS2 : Une Meilleure Version de NIS<\/strong><\/p><p>La directive NIS2 \u00e9largit le champ d&#8217;application de la directive NIS originale pour inclure un plus large \u00e9ventail d&#8217;organisations, augmentant ainsi le nombre d&#8217;\u00ab entit\u00e9s \u00bb couvertes par un facteur de 10.
